Political crisis continues in Uttarakhand, hearing now due in Nainital High Court

Political crisis continues in Uttarakhand. President's rule in the state on Monday against the Congress reached Uttarakhand High Court. Congress soon began hearing the petition. The hearing will continue on Tuesday.

Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi, lawyer after hearing the Court asked the Centre to respond by Tuesday. Meanwhile, Congress leader Harish Rawat on Monday with 34 MLAs met the Governor kept his side in front of the governor.

On the other hand, BJP leader and union leader Arun Jaitley termed fair to say that the president's rule in the state Congress government was killing democracy. The Cabinet decision was taken at a meeting of the President's rule.
