Political crisis continues in Uttarakhand, hearing now due in Nainital High Court

Political crisis continues in Uttarakhand. President's rule in the state on Monday against the Congress reached Uttarakhand High Court. Congress soon began hearing the petition. The hearing will continue on Tuesday.

Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi, lawyer after hearing the Court asked the Centre to respond by Tuesday. Meanwhile, Congress leader Harish Rawat on Monday with 34 MLAs met the Governor kept his side in front of the governor.

On the other hand, BJP leader and union leader Arun Jaitley termed fair to say that the president's rule in the state Congress government was killing democracy. The Cabinet decision was taken at a meeting of the President's rule.

A young man was beaten after getting tied outside the train as he was drinking water from the bottle by touching his lips to it

Itarsi, Madhya Pradesh, a young man came to light as he was tied to the window of the train and was beaten up. The young man drank two sips of water directly, and was beaten by three men shackled to him outside the train. The boy's mistake was simply that he drank water from the bottle by mouth. After which the controversy raised so that some boys of the own partner was merciless beating. The accused removed the victim's clothes.

Wherever the train stops they started hitting him. This went on for several kilometers. The event is of 25 March. Police have registered a case against the three accused.

Gang Rape with Minor

13-year-old complained of a teenager by police against eight youths have registered a case of gang rape. Woman suicide with two children

LED bulb to be provided in Bihar from tomorrow at just Rs.100

Women's Day (8 March), the Energy Minister Bijendra Prasad inaugurated a bulb plan. The program was held at the hotel Chanakya. During the program, 10 women in the capital led to the power consumers.

People in the capital will meet with the bulbs from March 10. In the first phase the domestic electricity consumers of Patna and Darbhanga will be provided with bulbs. People living in other district headquarters of the state in the second phase and the third phase in the state's rural domestic consumers to domestic electricity consumers will bulb. LED bulb is of 9 watt. It is priced at Rs 100. The bulb will be guaranteed for three years.

Three bulbs will be given to consumer installment power companies. Which will be recovered in the electricity bill of Rs 290 in ten simple installments? Updates will have photocopies of electricity bills. Electricity bills will be sent home with the remaining installment.

PATHANKOT ATTACK: Centre submitted a bill of 6.35 crore to the Punjab government

Shinde said he has not any files of Ishrat

Positive attitude towards life

If you endeavor to achieve anything no one can stop you.  And that proved true by Amir Hussain of Jammu and Kashmir. Despite not having both hands he hits sixes and four. Hussain, 26, is captain of para. At the age of 8 in an accident Hussein had lost his hands. His hands were hit by a cricket bat maker. They were hospitalized for about three days. He sold everything to save his son. Hussein is in the house in which the second of five siblings are. Three years after being in hospital Hussain started his life anew.

With the help of his grandmother, he began work as the disabled people. Hussain writes using feet and do painting. They also have classes up to 12th. Positive attitude towards life, people like Aamir in every situation and become an example for others.

Iraq - Suicide attack on army headquarters 8 people dead, IS claimed for the attack

Iraq suicide attacks on the military headquarters in the western city Hditha eight people were killed.
Invader comes in army uniform and killed 9 solider. Dreaded terror group Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack. Local Corporation councilor said a bomber attacked the door of the premises and the army to help the victims after the deposit of other stranded.
The eight soldiers were also injured in the attack. In a statement released on the website online jihadist Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack and said that there are two Syrian suicide bombers were involved. IS attacked the city several times but could not capture.

T20 Asia Cup: A disappointed Pakistani fan made a video, defied the Indian team

Kohli charged with penalty on expressing dissatisfaction at an umpire's decision

Indian batsman Virat Kohli is charged with penalty at Twenty20 Asia Cup in Mirpur as he expressed dissatisfaction on the umpire's decision when given out by leg before wicket decision against Pakistan and has been fined 30 percent of his match fee.

This incident on Saturday, in the Indian innings in 15th over when Kohli was given lbw, his bat was expressing the dissatisfaction when he was going back from the crease , the umpires were watching him and some were saying that this action is considered against the game spirit.

Kohli pleaded guilty and match referee Jeff Crowe on Sunday accepted the sentence, after which there was no need for a formal hearing.

Gang rape of 14-year-old teenager in a Running car

An Rape case lightb up of Manesar, wher tow boys rape a minor girl in moving car. Police said the victim is a student of ninth grade and lives in the village Kkrola. Alleging that a boy from her school call her at four o'clock Wednesday evening, asked to meet at a nearby temple.  Gurgaon police said the young boy, forcing him into a car when she go to the temple. Three people are already in the car. Two young men raped her and two of his colleagues helped.

According to police, they trying to blackmail her If she opened the case in fron of her family and left near her home. The victim's medical examination has confirmed rape. The accused were arrested in the case has been registered against the relevant sections of the law Pokso.

US Senator opposes to sell F-16 fighter aircraft to Pakistan

Selling of F-16 fighter jets from US to Pakistan is opposed. A Republican lawmaker has introduced Senate Joint Resolution. These fighter jets should not be sold to Pakistan as they are not trusted. America said, we really haven’t been in a good relationship with Pakistan.

Senator Rand Paul said some time ago on behalf of my party in the race for the US presidential candidates. Paul sought to prevent the sale of F-16s to Pakistan, which is a joint resolution introduced in the Senate.

Typically, the House of Representatives Foreign Relations Committee also remains on the government's decision to question Obama. And now Paul has found the support of the committee.
