Bail application of Gilani has been rejected, hearing of Kanhaiya will now take place in High Court

Union president of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and former Professor of Delhi University, Kanhaiya Kumar and SR Geelani are denied for bail by the court. Kanhaiya is in judicial custody from March 2 while SR Gilani is in in judicial custody from March 3.

Kanhaiya arrested for treason by the Supreme Court refused the hearing of bail and is asked to appeal in High Court. The Supreme Court held that the Constitutional Court should not have a message that cannot protect. If there is any person presenting similar situations occur. The Supreme Court does not have all treatments. Then lawyers filed a petition in the High Court. Hearing is scheduled on this Monday.
