Vijay Mallya’s passport suspended, may be declared fugitive

Indian Foreign Ministry has canceled the passport of Vijay Mallya. The decision was taken after Anuyashnsa ED. By ED Mallya did not appear despite being served three times, after which the Directorate had sought cancellation of his passport on April 13. Please tell the Mallya 900 million debt repayment and not cooperating in the investigation of the case before the ED is not being charged.

Vijay Mallya had moved to Britain from March. As a member of the RajyaSabhahe had left the UK with diplomatic visa. According to the Passport Act, the diplomatic passport is given to a man, his regular travel documents are to be deposited.

So if someone is suspended regular passport diplomatic passport be canceled. A foreign ministry statement said Vijay Mallya diplomatic passport has been suspended for four weeks and Mallya has been asked to respond within one week why his passport be impounded.

According to the ministry if Vijay Mallyado not respond within a week, then the process will begin to seize their passports. After the suspension of the passport agency has the option to go to court and demanded bailable warrant against Mallya and Interpol issued red corner notices can be demanding.
