Bajaj's new bike drawn from INS Vikrant’s metal will belaunched in February

Bajaj’s new bike “V” is different from all other models launched yet. The specialty of this motorcycle is that the metal used in the bike is drawn from India's first aircraft carrier INS Vikrant. As a reminder, INS Vikrant was used during the war with Pakistan in 1971. INS Vikrant played a crucial role in that war.

It was India’s first aircraft carrier which was commissioned by British royal navy in World War 2. At that time tit was known by HMS Hercules. India bought it in 1957 after which he was named INS Vikrant.

INS Vikrant was introduced to Indian Navy In 1961 and he served our country for almost 40 long years. Then he was no longer required after 1997 and was kept in Mumbai ship museum.
